Extra-Curricular Activities 2023-2024
The school places strategic emphasis on global citizenship, driven by the school's Vision of "Excellence in global education" and Mission to "instill internationalism in education," as well as the school’s definition of Global Citizenship and Intercultural Education. The extra-curricular program is therefore reviewed and revised to provide opportunities and platforms to demonstrate to students "the relevance of being global citizens and the impact upon the wider world such as improvements to environmental sustainability, social justice, and human development". Additionally, the extra-curricular program is enriched and offers a variety of activities and projects involving student participation, aimed at further supporting the school’s mission of motivating and stimulating students to learn beyond their borders, establishing explicit links with global citizenship and intercultural education in the supporting rationale and planning documents.
